This Fund commits a minimum of 90% of its total capital to the constituent securities of its benchmark index. To maintain alignment with its strategy, both the ETF and the S&P MidCap 400 GARP Index are rebalanced twice a year, specifically after the market closes on the third Friday of June and December.
