It also entered into a binding agreement to acquire ISR Uranium projects in Wyoming. The company was formerly known as GTI Resources Limited and changed its name to GTI Energy Ltd in May 2022. GTI Energy Ltd was incorporated in 2007 and is based in Perth, Australia.
