The fund is an actively managed portfolio that invests primarily in mid- to large-cap companies from 23 developed countries. The fund uses a fundamental bottom-up approach to select 20 to 40 companies with sustained earnings growth. The fund’s portfolio is globally diversified, but has a bias towards US equity as it allocates at least 50% of the fund’s assets in US companies. Derivatives will be used to manage downside risks and gain indirect exposure to respective markets. The fund intends to make monthly distributions, if any, based on a targeted annualized monthly distribution of 6% of the NAV per unit at the end of the prior year.
