This fund aims for significant long-term appreciation of capital. Its investment strategy focuses predominantly on a diversified collection of stocks from U.S. companies that possess small to medium market capitalizations. Ordinarily, no less than 80% of its total net assets are committed to these small- and mid-cap company securities. According to this policy, firms are considered small- to mid-capitalization if, at the time of investment, their market value falls between that of the smallest company in the Russell 2500® Value Index and the higher of either $5 billion or the market capitalization of the largest company within that same Russell 2500® Value Index.
